Since tweaking have kinda gone sour, and we still waiting for the release of new phones with fresh imei, u can enjoy this mainly for heavy data users
Steps below

First. Download Android simple server Install it on your Android

2. Create New APN settings On Your Phone As Follows..
Proxy: 127.0.0.1
Port: 8080
APN: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net
Username: web
Password: web
Save And Activate it as your default settings

3. Go to simple server and configure the settings:

Proxy host: 10.199.212.2

Proxy Port: 8080

Injection Method: get

Injection querry/url: http://web.blackberry.com

Injection Host: web.blackberry.com

Injection line: press your enter key 4 times

Log level: debug

4. Close the settings and click the connect button.

In case your playstore ucbrowser is not opening you will need to Autoproxy and your phone must be rooted before you can use Autoproxy to power all your apps

Download Autoproxy here
And install it on your android after that
Click on the + and set it

Proxy Host: 127.0.0.1

Proxy Port: 8080

Proxy Type: HTTP

Enable Authentication:
Tick/Mark the Box

Proxy Username: web

Proxy Password: web

Then save it and click on: 120.0.0.1:8080 for it to connect and all your apps will be working.

This Tweak will give you 5GB unlimited daily browsing and will expire every 24hours. Once it expires just transfer 70naira on your mtn and dial *216*7# to activate it again and enjoy unlimitedly.
